Camera Ready Submission

First of all, let me congratulate you and thank you for submitting a high-quality paper to ICES!

The next step is the submission of the camera-ready version of your paper, this is due by June 21st 2010. Please take into account the reviewers' comments when preparing the final version and remember that there is a strict page limit of 12 single-side pages formatted according to Springer's LNCS formatting instructions.

Papers which are not formatted according to the guidelines, and do not respect the page limit, risk being not included in the proceedings.

The submission must include the following items:

  1. A completed copyright form. The form should be signed, scanned, and attached as a PDF file named last_name_of_first_author-cr.pdf (one author may sign on behalf of all authors of a paper). In case you are unable to provide a scanned signed copyright form, please send it by fax before June 21st (fax number: +44 1904 432461).
  2. A single, compressed archive containing all source (input) files:
    1. For example, LaTeX2e files (.tex and, if used, .bbl) for the text and PS/EPS or PDF/JPG files for all figures.
    2. Any further style files and fonts you have used together with your source files and that are not generally available at CTAN.
    3. Final DVI file (for papers prepared using LaTeX/TeX).
    4. Final PDF file (for reference).
    5. RTF files (for word-processing systems other than LaTeX/TeX).
    The texts in all files must be identical.
  3. An ASCII text file named abstract.txt with the following structure: 
    title of the paper
abstract of the paper
  4. An ASCII text file named authors.txt containing one line for each author of the paper using the following format: 
    last_name_of_first_author, first_names_of_first_author; email
last_name_of_second_author, first_names_of_second_author; email
etc. for all remaining authors
    Please mark the contact author with an asterisk (*) at the end of the line. Springer will email the contact author with the final version of the paper for proofreading.

You have to email your final camera-ready submission NO LATER than June 21st, 2010 to ices-final@ohm.york.ac.uk with Subject: ICES camera ready paper PAPER_NUMBER.

You might also want to remember that at least one author for each paper must register and pay the conference fee no later than June 21st, 2010.
